Prefer to pay directly from your bank account? We welcome BACS transfers — a popular choice for larger treatment plans or patients managing payments through a business account. Simply ask our front desk team for our bank details. Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to clear before your appointment if paying this way in advance.

How Does the Plan Work?
The plan runs on a rolling 12-month basis, administered through Tabeo. Once you join, you’ll receive a personal patient portal, and payments are handled securely by direct debit each month. Plans can be adjusted as your dental needs change, and setting up is straightforward — you’ll receive an invitation directly from Tabeo by email.
A maintenance plan isn’t just about saving money — it encourages regular attendance, which is one of the most effective ways to protect your long-term dental health and catch any issues early.
To ensure the most efficient and secure experience for all our patients, The Briars is a cashless and cheque-free practice. Card payments, bank transfers, direct debit, and approved finance arrangements are all accepted, giving you plenty of flexibility.
Can I apply for dental finance online before my appointment?
Your treatment plan and dental finance application are typically discussed together following your consultation, so we’d recommend attending your first appointment before applying. Our team will walk you through the options that apply to your specific treatment.
Is dental finance available for all treatments?
Finance through Tabeo is available for most treatments above a minimum spend threshold. This includes implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and larger restorative treatment plans. Speak to us for confirmation on your specific treatment.
Is the maintenance plan available for the whole family?
Yes — and family members joining the plan receive a 5% discount. Patients of all ages are welcome on the plan.
